Our Returns Policy Is Simple
- any book in its original condition.
- any unopened media (music CD, DVD, VHS tape, videogame, or software)
- and any other merchandise that's in new and unused condition including apparel and gift items
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items that fall within our return policy guideline and were purchased from Zondervan.com.
Returns Are EasySimply indicate the reason for your return (wrong size, didn't like it, forgot I already owned it, etc), include a copy of the packing slip, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate your order number, your name, address and phone number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We try really, really hard to get your order right and to make sure that the products you buy are in pristine condition. We acknowledge we make mistakes, however (thanks in advance for forgiving us). If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please notify the Customer Service Department as soon as possible so that we can make it right.
